great location birthday cake comfortable room no hot water missing wines dusty corners
The location was superb! borough market and the shard were just a quick five-minute walk. they delivered a delicious cake to my room since it was my birthday. That was a lovely touch. the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed.
the hot water wasn't working on my second day, and the staff didn't seem to care much. the bar ran out of most wines. i found dusty corners in my room, and basic tea supplies were missing.

old carpet small bed
the room was clean and the breakfast buffet was sufficient.
The room felt quite tired. the carpet seemed old, and i've never seen such a small double bed. condensation covered the inside of the window. It was not great.

poor service cheap tomato sauce
the bed was comfortable enough.
The breakfast WAS a real letdown. Cheap tomato sauce was the only option. i also found mayonnaise being offered AT breakfast VERY strange. staff was disinterested. Service was poor.

amazing stay!
spacious room easy access wide variety
I really loved that the rooms were spacious and super clean. the location was also ideal, with easy access to many main attractions. breakfast was another highlight. It offered a wide variety of delicious options!
One very minor issue was the coffee. I found it undrinkable even with milk.

the staff was friendly and accommodating. they really ensured i had everything needed for a comfortable stay. gus at reception was particularly helpful, securing an alternative room when i needed one.

the breakfast offered a fantastic and fresh selection, fulfilling every wish i could have. bistro mirlot provided an awesome dining experience, and elif was helpful and attentive. i especially enjoyed the wide array of options.

clean room warm greeting superb hospitality
The warm greeting at check-in set a positive tone. I found the room clean. The staff consistently demonstrated superb hospitality. I did especially appreciate the focus on details. It elevated my experience.
The shower handheld could be installed at a higher position to enhance convenience.

The location provides quiet surroundings, yet it remains convenient. Many attractions are reachable, including the Tate museum. Various coffee places are located nearby, giving several options for a quick break.

The hotel features a cocktail bar. There is a water bottle refill point available to use. The gym, though small, includes sufficient equipment for a basic workout. I noticed it has modern machines.

My room was generously sized with a very comfortable bed. I found a nespresso machine inside. A functional safe was there. There was good storage space, especially nice for longer stays.

The breakfast service was ample with numerous choices. Staff members were friendly and helpful . They provided a take-away breakfast for my early departure. This was very much appreciated.

helpful staff train station breakfast choice dinner reservation
the staff helped us find the train station. they also looked after our bags while we looked for a park. breakfast had many different choices. we made dinner reservations in the marco pierre white restaurant, food and service was amazing.

the room provided paper cups, not reusable glass cups, in the toilet. they provided glass bottles for drinking water refill, but there were no cups. the phone was unusable and one could only use whatsapp to contact the service counter.

breakfast included a buffet with sufficient options, staff was super sweet. i enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant and the staff was very kind. the restaurant's maître d' recommended dishes and arranged lunches.

the location is fantastic. borough market and the shard were just a short walk away! i was so happy gus and his team gave such a warm welcome. our room on the top floor included a balcony!
