The location was superb! borough market and the shard were just a quick five-minute walk. they delivered a delicious cake to my room since it was my birthday. That was a lovely touch. the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed.

the hot water wasn't working on my second day, and the staff didn't seem to care much. the bar ran out of most wines. i found dusty corners in my room, and basic tea supplies were missing.

I really loved that the rooms were spacious and super clean. the location was also ideal, with easy access to many main attractions. breakfast was another highlight. It offered a wide variety of delicious options!

One very minor issue was the coffee. I found it undrinkable even with milk.

the staff helped us find the train station. they also looked after our bags while we looked for a park. breakfast had many different choices. we made dinner reservations in the marco pierre white restaurant, food and service was amazing.
